How to Use – Face Scrub
- Soak 1 cocoon in hot water (60°C or above) for 1–2 minutes until it softens
- Cleanse your face with facial soap or foam
- Insert finger into the softened cocoon and gently rub in circular motions over your face, focusing on T-zone
- After use, rinse and air dry the cocoon. Reuse 4–5 times or until it becomes thin
- You may follow with your regular skincare routine
Recommended: 2–3 times per week
How to Use – Body Scrub
- Soak 2–3 cocoons in hot water (60°C or above) for 1–2 minutes
- Clean your body with soap or shower gel
- Insert finger into cocoon and gently exfoliate areas like elbows, knees, armpits, or dry spots
- Rinse thoroughly and apply body lotion to moisturize
- Rinse and air dry the cocoon for reuse
Recommended: 1–2 times per week for smooth and glowing skin
